Applicant is hereby informed that all film festival/student film licenses are for non-exclusive rights and noncommercial exhibition for a period of twelve (12) months. If the film gains distribution at any time during (or after) the term, the license will expire* immediately and the applicant must re-negotiate with all involved parties for further licenses. Any "for profit" uses of the film are not authorized under this agreement. Please note however, that in the event your film gains distribution, wonderspin will renegotiate in order to charge a small fee (average to the industry standard). So go ahead, feel free to use our tunes!

*We have no desire to cause you to edit your film and remove our music so fear not; use our catalog to your advantage. The fee referred to above would never exceed $500.00 and in most cases would be much less. We WANT our music in YOUR film. We love the exposure!!! Thank you for your consideration.
